Last night I had the pleasure of attending a Q&A session with the one and only Chef Michael Smith. He has a new cookbook and he was in Ottawa at the International Writer’s Festival for an evening answering questions from Debbie Trenholm of Savvy Company. It followed with questions from the audience and a buffet of treats made from Chef Smith’s latest cookbook for all to enjoy. Here is just a small taste of the night, sorry for the shaky start… it gets better I swear!
